Lead Times & Dispatch Times For Your Order
We aim to manufacture and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, while maintaining strict quality control across our full product range. It includes standard size picture frames, multi photo frames, and picture mounts, all produced to the same high standards.
Our range also covers vinyl record frames, football shirt frames, and acrylic sheets. We handle each product order with the same commitment to quality and efficiency.
Standard Production Lead Time
Our typical production time is 2 to 4 working days before dispatch. It applies only to standard size products. Made-to-measure orders take longer to produce than standard orders.
Once your order has passed quality checks, it is securely packed and handed over to the courier.
Priority Production Option
If you need your order sooner, you can select our express delivery service, which reduces manufacturing time to 1–2 working days before dispatch.
The express delivery option speeds up the production stage and also affects the courier’s delivery timeframe.
Important: Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Please note that dispatch time is not the same as delivery time.
- Dispatch time = how long we take to manufacture and prepare your order
- Delivery time = how long the courier takes after collection
Courier delivery estimates are based on the courier company and the delivery address.
Delivery Time During Peak Periods
During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-demand periods, production times may extend slightly. Bank holidays and public holidays can also affect both manufacturing and courier delivery schedules.
We always aim to keep processing times transparent and will update customers if any unexpected delays occur.
Delivery Options & Estimated Transit Times
We offer clear delivery options so you can choose the service that suits your timeframe and budget. Delivery time includes production + courier transit.
The standard delivery time works as follows:
- Estimated arrival: 6 to 7 working days
- Most orders are shipped via Evri
- Cost-effective option
- Suitable for non-urgent purchases
This timeframe may extend slightly during peak periods or unforeseen courier delays.
If you want quick delivery, you have to choose the express delivery option (£6.99). It works as follows:
- Estimated arrival: 3 to 4 working days
- Prioritised production + faster courier routing
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Please note: Express service speeds up processing and shipping, but external courier conditions may occasionally affect transit times.

Free UK Delivery
The free delivery works as:
- Free delivery on all UK orders over £10
- Applies to all UK locations, including the Highlands & Islands
- No hidden delivery charges added later
If your order total exceeds £10, standard delivery is completely free.
Express Delivery (£6.99)
The express delivery features:
- Optional faster service
- Prioritised production and dispatch
- Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 working days
The £6.99 charge applies only if you select Express Delivery at checkout. Standard Delivery remains free when your order qualifies.
How Shipping Is Calculated
- Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout
- Charges (if applicable) are calculated automatically based on your selected service
- Packaging costs are already included within the shipping fee. There are no separate packing charges.
Highlands & Islands
- Free Delivery over £10 still applies
- Transit times may be slightly longer, depending on courier routing
International Delivery
We do not currently offer international shipping.
At this time, we only dispatch orders within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please check back later for any updates on overseas delivery options.
Order Tracking System By ProCut Global
Once your order has been dispatched from our UK facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email contains:
- Your Order ID
- A tracking link so you can monitor your parcel in real time
To track your order, open the tracking link and enter your order ID.
How to Use Your Tracking Information
You can use your tracking information in the following way:
- Click the tracking link in your email to view the current status of your order.
- Most shipments provide updates at key points: collection, in transit, and out for delivery.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than a couple of days, please don’t worry; sometimes courier systems experience minor delays.
Contacting Us About Tracking
For the quickest response, we recommend contacting us via email. Please include:
- Your Order ID.
- Your full name.
- Postcode used at checkout(Optional).
This information allows us to locate your order quickly and resolve any delivery issues efficiently. Phone or WhatsApp support is available, but email ensures the fastest and most accurate response regarding your tracking inquiry.
Missed Deliveries & Collection Points
If a courier's attempt to deliver your order is unsuccessful, don't worry, we always ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
- Redelivery Attempts: Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If the first attempt fails, please allow a few days for the next attempt.
- Collection Points: If you miss the delivery, the courier may redirect your order to a local depot or collection point. You can pick it up there within the courier's provided timeframe.
- Proof of ID Required: To collect your order from a depot, you will need to provide valid identification and the delivery notification card or SMS.
- Replacement Orders: If the delivery is not completed within 6 to 8 days after a delivery attempt, we proactively arrange a replacement order for you and work directly with the courier to resolve the matter.
At ProCut Global, we never leave our customers unsupported. We track every parcel and ensure your order is delivered or replaced without unnecessary delays.
Changing Delivery Details
If you need to change the delivery address for your order, do so before it's dispatched.
- How to Request an Address Change: Email us as soon as possible with your Order ID, full name, and the new delivery address. Our team will check the order status.
- Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the delivery address. Please note that changing the address involves cancelling the original order and creating a replacement order with the new address. Essentially, your order is replaced at the time of the address update.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has left our facility, we cannot change the delivery address. You will need to contact the courier directly to arrange delivery to a new location.
- Responsibility: ProCut Global is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
By following this process, we ensure your parcel is sent to the correct location while protecting both your order and our production workflow.
Remote & International Shipping
We are happy to deliver across the UK, including remote locations. Please note that delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer than standard transit times due to courier routing.
- Additional Charges: Some remote locations may incur extra shipping costs. These will be calculated at checkout for UK destinations.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international deliveries. All orders must be shipped within the United Kingdom.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Deliveries
At ProCut Global, we take every order seriously and aim to resolve delivery issues quickly and fairly.
- Report Within 48 Hours: If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of the item and its packaging, along with your Order ID, in your email. It helps us investigate efficiently.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
- Courier Investigation: Once reported, we work directly with the courier to track and resolve the issue. Investigation timelines may vary, but we will keep you updated until your order is fully resolved.
Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition and that any issues are handled professionally without unnecessary delays.
Factory Collection
If you prefer, you can collect your order directly from our UK facility. It is a convenient option if you want to receive your photo frame or accessories as soon as they are ready.
